Sweet! Love the color. Yes, I am definitely thinking it's a Kymco People 150 with slightly different bodywork and forks, and Leader motor. After working at All About Scooters from time-to-time, I am pretty familiar with the People 150. Nothing out there is sized like it, or has the same kind of wheels and tires it does.
