First you turn to the "chainsaw" section. Then you cut the bike out of the tree, being careful not to further damage the bike. Next, cut the wood up into stove sized chunks. Now you'll have a way to keep warm while restoring the bike. Perfect!
Oh my goodness, I just had a bad thought. The tree DID grow around the bike, didn't it? This wasn't some absurbly hard crash, I hope!
